It depends on how they manage their DNS. The DKIM keys are generated by Cvent and put into the DNS by the company admin. If the company's security policy involves removing DKIM keys on a regular basis, then the problem would resurface. My understanding is that it might not be as standard to remove DKIM keys from a DNS as it can be to remove whitelisted IPs and domains from the email server, but it may still be part of a security policy.

Thank you for this, we are running into more and more issues of emails being blocked, even when they are whitelisted for an event. The next time they do another event we sometimes have to have their IT whitelist them again as their systems are often updated before the next one comes around. Do you know if a company does the DKIM, instead of just whitelisting domains and IP addresses, will this help prevent them from having to worry about it in between events, which can be anywhere from 3-6 months apart?
