I keep resizing some photos on my site from freeform to 3:2 and they keep reverting back to freeform.  What is causing this?

I tested this in my test event event and I was able to replicate the issue. The image does revert to free form after saving and publishing it with another aspect ratio. It seems like some technical issue with the image edit options. I would suggest you to contact Support directly at 866-318-4357 (US & Canada) > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 1 for Events > Press 1 again for Managing Event for immediate assistance and they'll look into this further for you and if required, they might also raise the issue to out Technology team to investigate further.
