Hi all, our team is supposed to enter an airport into the "Set up PNR Retrieval" field, which is located within the event, under Travel > PNR Management. Is there a way to report on this field being blank? While we remind our team, I wanted to see if there is a way to catch when it's not entered. Thank you!

I would try the "Feature Usage" report in the Cross Event Report section. I am not sure if this would have the field specifically, but it might. Have you reached out to Customer Care or your Account Team? I think this is a perfect question that they can help solution for as well. If it is not reportable, this would be a great enhancement request.

Thank you! I tried the report but can't seem to find the correct field to capture that. I haven't mentioned to my CSM yet, but I will on our next call. Definitely seems like it would be a good feature for others too. Appreciate your response!

PNR mean Passenger Name Record - the name an airline ticket was issued to.  Do you need an airport name or code or the passenger name?
