Can anyone tell me how to map information in the Cvent Air Request to the correct field and format in the Sabre Shell PNR?

    Thank you

    Hi Lara,

Setting Up a Passenger Name Record (PNR) Integration walks through how to set up a PNR integration. I recommend reaching out to the success resource on your account who can work with you to ensure that your PNR integration gets set up correctly.

    Hi Lara,

    Hope you are well.

In addition to the above response provided by my colleague, you can also contact our Integrations team directly and they will be able to assist you with the PNR Integration. You can create a case or give them a call at (US & Canada) > Press 1 for Event cloud > Press 1 for Setting Up Event > Press 1 for Events > Press 4 for Integrations for immediate assistance.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you both for your replies.  I had already seen the document before I posted my question.  It doesn't answer my question about how to get the information into the Shell PNR in the correct format and field.  I have also spoken to three or four Cvent Integration folks.  It appears that this issue doesn't lie with Cvent or Sabre, but rather with Certify.  Cvent sends the information to Sabre through Certify which doesn't enter it correctly into the Shell.  Our agency has some accounts that use Certify OBT that books into our Sabre, so Certify certainly 'can' enter the information correctly, but for some unknown reason they are choosing not to do that for the Cvent information.  I suggest that Cvent reach out to Certify and request that they make an effort to map the location and formatting correctly.

    Thank you,

    ~Lara

    Thank you Lara!
I need to use Certify this week to integrate our TMC's proprietary software and had concerns about the shell creation in Sabre. You've confirmed my apprehension.
