We have Sabre and Cvent integration.

We are testing multipax records but they are not moving into Cvent.

Please advise what format we would use in Sabre to make this work.

Hi Angela,

To there should be no problems with multi-passenger records so long as each passenger has enough data they can be easily distinguished as a unique record within the single PNR. Ideally also using confirmation number regular expression or event code regular expression. If you're already doing these things I suggest creating a case in the community or reaching out to your account team so our integration specialists can help you through the process.
