  • 1.  Potential 'Leaderboard' integrations

    Hello Community,

    I am looking into building a website for a small sized rewards/incentive event, and one of the requested features is a score based Leaderboard which tracks and displays the users with the highest score on the website.

    Points would ideally be allocated by an Admin upon completion of outside tasks.

    As far as I can tell, there is no way to do this within Cvent's Flex system, and I cannot find an integration that would allow for this.

    Could anyone provide some knowledge into whether this is possible? Are there any potential services I could use to achieve this?

    Hi Cameron,

    Happy New year! I hope you are well!

    I got this checked and unfortunately, we do not have any direct setting for displaying any scoreboard on the website. You can post this as an idea under the 'Ideas' section and out product developers might take this up for future release.

    Currently, we have an option called 'Gamification' within Attendee Hub where you can create a game for tasks and as and when the invitees will finish the tsk they will be awarded the points. However, the points will be awarded automatically.

    Another option that I can think of is you can create a custom contact field for Scores and add the 'Attendee List' widget on the website and display this custom field in the list and the admin can add the values of this field for the registrants at the backend.
