We're happy to hear that you're reading our new Product News that launched this year & love the feedback on how to make it even more useful. We have to work through some execution challenges on our end to see what we can incorporate...for example, Product News releases are shared with customers approximately 2 weeks prior to the actual release, so typically when we create the Product News posts there's no live Knowledge Base content to link to but I'm going to take this feedback up with our supporting teams and see what we can do. Can you add links to the Knowledge Base with your Product Release announcements? Currently, I receive the email with information about the product release or I find in the Product News pages, however, to implement those updates takes quite a bit of time to find instructions on how to update. Also, at times the new release name, isn't something I can search for in the Knowledge Base. I would be more inclined to implement those changes/updates and/or notify Cvent users at my company of the updated if I was able to easily find the detail to reference
