I want to provide email addresses for speakers in the same session so that they can connect with each other prior to their session date/time. Is there a way to do this?
The Speaker Resource Center only shows a speaker's general session info under "My Sessions," and I haven't found a way to add an internal note that's only visible to speakers (not attendees).
I know there isn't an existing feature to support this, so I'm now trying to think of creative workarounds. I also thought about adding co-panelists' emails in a Speaker Task, but there's no way for it to dynamically update based on the Speaker and their Sessions. So I would have to create a unique Task for every session (we have 250+), and then manually add in the panelists' emails. Not ideal.
