We are having trouble with the Speaker Resource Center page … we set up tasks for our speakers and they are supposed to go in and upload a photo and bio, etc. …. Some are saying they did that or tried, but it does not translate / show up on our event agenda page. I've had to go in manually in the back end and upload their photos/bios for them.

Hi Charlotte,

Within Speakers > Site Settings > Editing Options, do you have it set so that Speakers can edit their profiles: Yes? If set to no, they will be unable to edit their profile themselves. You will also want to check to see if you have a profile editing deadline set and if so, check to see if it hasn't passed. You will also want to check to see if the setting "Profile edits require approval by the planner" is set to Yes. If set to Yes, then you will have to approve their profile edits before pushed live. If set to No, they will automatically go live.
