    Hi everyone,


    We have three separate offsites coming up over the next few months for our executive leaders, and this will be our first time using Cvent registration for these events.


    Is it possible to include a question in the registration process that asks, "Which offsite are you registering for?" and allows guests to select Offsite 1, 2, or 3?


    If so, will their selection automatically direct them to the correct offsite's registration path or event details?


    Additionally, is there a way to allow attendees to select multiple offsite sessions if needed?


    Any guidance on the best way to set this up would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Madalyn,

    More details about the whole event experience would be helpful to know how this should be set up.

    If your registrants will be limited to the same days, paying the same to attend the event, and will be given the same options for the offsite events, then you could have one reg type, one admission item that contains "available" optional sessions, which would allow them to select their offsite sessions (and any other optional sessions at the event).  That is one way - without knowing more about your event.  I hope that helps!
