  • 1.  Registered, did not book Passkey hotel

    How can I direct Attendees who registered–but did not book a hotel room through Passkey–to the Passkey hotel reservation portal, while keeping their Event Registration and Hotel Reservation connected?

    Our event's hotel reservation is managed by Passkey. The Passkey widget exists on the Confirmation page of the Registration Path. A segment of Registrants did not book a hotel, so the assumption is they missed that part on the Confirmation page. We want to send an email from the Event (not Passkey) reminding them to book a hotel, with a call-to-action button. Where should that button direct them?

    If we send them through Registration Modification, that is a long path, and they might once again miss the Passkey widget on the Confirmation page. If we send them directly to the Passkey site, I don't think their Hotel reservation will be linked to their Event registration.

    Hi Jamie,

    The {[E-MODIFY REG LINK]} data tag in the email will have them log in and then take them back to the confirmation page, where they would normally click on "Modify Registration" to change anything. If you move the Passkey widget closer to the top of the page so it's prominent when they hit the page, would that work?
