  • 1.  Registration Confirmation email shows wrong payment information

    Hi,
    when an attendee registers he/she receives a confirmation that has a line that says "Transaction on your credit card will appear under (Name) , also make cheque payable to XXX.
    This information is wrong, it is last year's details, where can I change this?  In my email lists, the confirmation email there has the right information. Is there another place where I can change the above mention error?

    Do you have multiple invitee lists?

    I found the answer. It is under Attendees - Badges and Certificates - Invoice. Open the designer and then you can make the changes. That invoice ends up going as the first page of the confirmation to the attendee.
