    Hi, 

    We are having issues with our clients in the M.E.N.A. region of the world being able to submit their registration on the summary page.  They are completing the process and answering the required questions, which allows them to progress through the process but when they hit the submit button, they are getting the pop-up that says "Registration Not Available."

    I've confirmed that they are choosing the correct registration type, which includes a public registration path.  Interestingly, it seems only to be happening in Saudi Arabia.  Cvent support is asking if they can get on a Zoom call with a client while they register to record their actions and get a HAR file to research the issue further.  As you can imagine, this is not an option for apparent reasons. 

    I am asking colleagues in that area to register as fake clients to see if they get the same issue.  So far, I've received a successful registration from Egypt.  I'm also waiting for colleagues in Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi to try on their side.

    In the meantime, I thought I would reach out to the community and see if anyone has had a similar issue with international invitees.  I believe China has a firewall policy that sometimes causes problems but I'm not aware of Saudi Arabia having something similar in place.  Trust me...I'm Googling like crazy!  

    I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hope you are well!
     
    I believe your query is about the event '14th Ethylene Technology & 4th Olefins Conversion & Comonomer Production Seminar'. I do see that there is an ongoing case regarding this issue as well.
     
    I checked the event and see that all the paths are public paths, however, for the 'LT - General Attendee' path, there is a limitation added in the path setting where only those invitees with the email domain 'lummustech.com' can register for the path. 
     
    So, if anyone is selecting 'Lummus Technology Staff - Attendee' registration type when registering for the event, but if their email address domain is different from lummustech.com, they will get an error and will not be able to register.
     
    Below is the screenshot of the setting for your reference :
     
     
    If you want anyone to be able to register for this path regardless of the email domain they use, you can remove this setting by going to the event > registration > Registration Process > Click on Open Site Designer > Click on the top left of the page in site designer > scroll down to registration Paths > select the 'LT - General Attendee' path from the drop down > click on the gear icon next to the path's name > scroll down to 'Privacy Settings' > Disable the button next to 'Limit registration by IP address or email domain' > Apply > Publish.
     
    Once this is done, people will be able to register for this path with any email address.
     
    In case if you do want to keep this setting and the invitees are getting an error even after adding the right email address with the right domain, then please ask the invitees to get in touch with their IT team and get their browser's firewall settings checked.
