The Attendee Hub specialist should be able to set this to a longer timeout period for you; mine was set to 30 days, but you can also request 7 days. You might need to call support if your event has already begun.

Hello we are getting reports from our team and attendees that they are having to log into the app multiple times during an event, this seems to be a change than before is there a change we can make to ensure attendees can stay logged in at least for day events? Any advice appreciated.
