Thanks Hallie, we aren't trying to track it so much as we use the invite list to whitelist registrants and then pass them through separate reg paths. I typically exclude employees, guests, and speakers from the attendee sync on the Cvent side but it's that initial invite list for whitelisting that we need to include employees into.

Hi John,
We configured the integration so that we don't pass employee data to Salesforce. We don't use it. Do you use employee attendance data reporting out of SF? If so, I'd love to hear more and what is being tracked and measured. TIA!

Subject: Salesforce Account Object Fields and Staff
Hi, we currently have two issues that are challenging our use of the Cvent connector for Salesforce #Integrations, both related to how we control our registration paths:
- We typically have special sessions at events for VIPs and this is tracked in Salesforce on the Account object rather than the Contact. Is there any way to get this information into Cvent currently without adding it to the Contact?
- We use a separate registration path for our own employees who are attending the event but we don't currently store them as Contacts or Leads consistently. How do others handle their own staff registration when using the connector? Do you just keep them separately in Cvent or do you have them as Contacts?
