Is it intended for a meeting planner to post breakfast, lunch and reception details within the Agenda / Sessions area ?

I want our delegates to be able to plan their personal schedules through Attendee Hub but I am not certain if Cvent wants me to post these food & beverage details within the Sessions or should I simply post when food & beverage is served at the top of the page?

    Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer,

I guess it's personal preference, but I put meals in the agenda. Depending on my client I either make them included so they are automatically on the schedule for attendees to see, or I make them optional so attendees can select whether they want to join (helps to plan F&B costs as well!) Meals also have to be on the agenda in order to show up in the app schedule if you are using it.

I agree that it's a personal preference, not something Cvent even cares about.  Related to this is showing breaks on the schedule.  I have argued for years not to include the breaks in the agenda as I believe the attendees can figure out that a break exists when one session ends and the next begins.  However, I've been out-voted by those whose experience it is to be asked "what happens in the time between the sessions?"
