Hi!
This might be the issue - open the items in the session list and check the following settings:
If "Display on agenda" is set to No, the session doesn't appear. ("Feature on website and app" puts it in a prominent spot on the homepage so you don't need to have that set to Yes unless you want it featured.)

UPDATE - re-reading your post, it looks like you might not have included the times for those items? If so, they would not have uploaded from your spreadsheet. They do have to have start and end times to be included on the agenda.

Please could any one advise on how to add in 'breaks' Lunch and dinner to the Agenda session list? I have imputed a spread sheet, but only one item 'breakfast' appears.
Is there away of adding these generic time slots and ticking days and times they need to show in the scheduler?
