What Worked for You:
- In order to drive mobile app adoption, selection of breakouts is only released on the app driving attendees to have to download or consume information on the website based app. This sky rockets our adoption rate.
- Surveys are setup in advance and are very consistent in what we ask across all our breakouts and is limited to 3 questions only. Make your questions purposeful and save time at the end of every breakout to promote and allow for the survey to be taken in real time.
What to Avoid:
- Long registrations with questions that don't have a purpose from a data or value standpoint. i.e. address or other information that you already have
- long wordy session selection in the registration - rule of thumb if there are more than 5+ sessions to pick - registration is not the place for it. It makes the reg process long and clunky and is not visually appealing.
