Hello - I am new to setting up events in Cvent.  I am trying to edit the Confirmation page (post event) to add a video widget for the video of our Zoom workshop. We then email that page out to registrants so they may use their conformation number to view the video. I have done this successfully before.

Today though, when I go into Site Designer on the Confirmation page, the word "Build", in fact that whole column, is grayed out. I am unable to edit the page. 

Have I overlooked a setting? Why am I unable to edit the page now?

Hi Bonnie,

Looking at your screenshot, you will need to click finish the quick theme setup wizard on the right first and then you will have access to the build and theme settings and they won't be greyed out anymore.
