Hi all,

I have an event that has its registration open and the website is live. I have 40 people who have already paid. Yesterday I've had several people say they can't pay even though there are spaces (limit is set to 90) and the deadline isn't until the 12th November. I've checked the abandoned list but nothing is showing there. Any suggestions as to why this might be the case?

Is there a certain error message that these people said that they are receiving when they try to pay? If so, please share it, as well as any other specifics on when exactly in the registration process they are encountering this error (ex: are they entering in their credit card information and then getting the error or is it happening earlier on in the registration process, etc.) and that will help us investigate further.
