  • 1.  Registration is open and I have spaces but not letting people register

    Hello all,

    I have created an event and I've had 59 people sign up. However today I am being told people can't register even though I have spaces and the deadline to register isn't until 10pm tonight. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

    Hi Melissa! Last time I had this happen, there was an optional item or session I had that was set to "close when full." I didn't even realize it had been set that way. Once I toggled that off, and turned registration back on, all was normal. Maybe that happened?
