Yes!!! I've had that conversation with Cvent too. They wanted to know why I needed so many headshot report requests. I explained that we use a different website provider and that taking a screenshot is not going to cut it. I'm really surprised they haven't made an easier way to download. I've also requested sign in reports so we can see which speakers haven't signed into their resource center yet. As well as being able to easily download reports that show which speakers have completed their tasks and which haven't. It's very frustrating we can view it but not export it.
Hopefully they'll put some focus into the SRC, because it really could be a phenomenal tool. It just needs a bit more functionality.

hi Dani,
I've added this to the ideas board. Would like to leverage the Speaker Resource Center more but hate that there's still manual processing within that area that needs to occur. Just found out that when the speaker uploads their headshot and bio, it still needs to be manually uploaded to their profile even when you click to show on website. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but let's hope for both our sakes this area gets some love from the Cvent for enhancement :)

Unfortunately, I haven't had any developments. I've also really strongly suggested the improvement. Good luck to us both!

hi Dani,
Apologies in advance for the late reply post, but wondering if you had any developments on this. I too added a suggestion to the Ideas page as I started using the Speaker Resource Center and would like to see the tool auto mark the task complete once the requested asset is uploaded. Currently, it's a manual process relying on the speaker to click complete after they upload the requested asset (ie. bio, headshot, ppt)
Thanks in advance
Jenn

Thank you! That's essentially how I'm tracking. It seems like such an obvious feature to have. I'm going to suggest it for both speakers and exhibitors.

Hi Dani,
I have wondered this, as well. While that is currently not available, I found that creating even a simple task such as first and last name will prompt most speakers who have logged in to respond atleast somewhat, and therefore you are more likely to be able to tell who has logged in vs. not. Make sure you require approval for all tasks assigned. To see who has completed your tasks and to approve them manually, go to Speakers --> Speaker Resources --> Approvals.

How can I see which of my speakers have logged into the SRC?
