We have several speakers whose executive assistants complete tasks for them (ex: uploading bios, headshots, etc). I can not find any information about HOW an admin logs in for their speakers. The closest thing I can find is in this article at the bottom, where the steps for admins to follow to log in links to this page, which is the process for speakers to access the resource center. I have sent invitations out to speakers for the resource center, but do not see the ability to send them to speaker admins separately. So I assumed that admins might get cc'ed an invitation when they were sent to the speakers. The audience for the invitation is set to speakers and speaker admins.
I have already double checked that the SRC is active and that the widget is placed on the profile page. I've also logged in as speakers and confirmed that their assistants are showing up. My next thought was to send an invitation link to the admins that need to log in, but I do not have that option anywhere -- even in marketing weblinks. If it makes a difference, I added their admins myself in the back end.
What am I missing?? How do admins log in to the SRC to complete speaker tasks?? Do their speakers need to log in first before they can?? How do we confirm if a speaker has activated their SRC account?? Any insight into the user experience on the admin side and how to help them log in would be very appreciated.
