Looking for creative ways you are highlighting your sponsors throughout an event! We do the typical sponsor flag on their badge, recognize them from the podium, etc.

We also include a sponsor block in the footer of emails and registration.
I am usually able to include a sponsor block on name badges also.

We will have pull up banners with the sponsor and a large backdrop with their logos.

Throughout the years, we had different options that we offered; sometimes they each got a five minute "elevator pitch" moment during the general session, sometimes we had a small seating area set up during breaks and meals with a screen and computer where they could do a presentation, sometimes they could do a "lunch-and-learn" presentation in a breakout room or sponsor a session. We also always offered full profiles with document download in the mobile app. For branding, along with the website and onsite pull-up banners that listed everyone, we highlighted our upper-tier sponsors with focus emails about them and did window stickers in the foyer with their logo. Our hosted party sponsor also received a lighted logo balloon or Gobo, depending on where the event was held.
