I didn't see any way to receive a planner alert when a survey is submitted. I'm referring to the free version, not Inquisium.
In the mean time, I added it to Idea section.

I think that's an interesting request - are you using surveys differently than event feedback? I'm just wondering what the use case is that you'd want a notification every time something is completed - when you can pull all information into a report.

I am using Feeback questions. Our event planner wanted to see answers as submitted.
I added a report to the reporting portal.
First day of feedback surveys can be overwhelming, but then they trickle off.
Rather than check the report each day, it would be more convenient to receive a planner alert, or at least that a new survey was submiteed.

Agree that it would be great to add this as a planner alert for those that want it. We typically give folks a deadline and then pull reports ourselves at pre-set times throughout the feedback window. That allows us to review feedback in small batches and look for trends more easily. We can find themes / trends with the first few batches and then see if the last few batches fit those themes / trends or if there are new ones that emerge.

That is a really good idea Steven!

Currently there is not a way to do so.

    Hi Steven,

I had a similar request at our company. We incentivized our attendees to complete the survey by sharing the powerpoint presentation from the event once they complete the survey. I set up an email to be triggered once they complete the survey that had a link to the powerpoint to download & copied those internally that wanted to know when a survey was submitted so they were alerted to look at the survey report at that point. Not ideal but a good work around since there is not an option to set alerts.

    Have a nice day!

    Katie,
We are giving away a $100 AMEX gift card. That's getting people to submit a survey. :)

I don't think there's a way, but couldn't you save the survey report as a parked report that ran daily automatically?
