    I set up a task which I need to remove from the speaker resources as its not a required task. just more of a guide..Please advise

    Hi Jane!

    Open the task you wish to remove, then click "Actions" on the top right of the page. The dropdown has the delete option. However, if you have any speaker who has marked this as complete, it will not allow you to delete it. You will need to go and uncheck it on the speaker's behalf first.
