    Hi - I have entered tasks in my Speaker Resource Center and I would like to put them in the order I would like the speakers to complete them. Is there a way to do this? I can't figure out what is creating the order they are currently in - it's not alpha order and it is not by due date. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    hi Jen,

    When I've tried to use the Speaker Resource Center, I noticed that the tasks are listed in the order I entered them in and for some reason there's no way to re-sort like how you can with the speaker list :(

    Hope you are well!

    I tested this in my own test event and the speaker tasks are displayed in alphabetical order. PFB the screenshot for your reference :


    Additionally, I checked and unfortunately, currently there is no way to reorder the speaker tasks under Speaker resource as this is something by design for now. However, I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas. 

     
    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.

    I am reply to this 2023 post and I would like to know if by now the issue of not being able to sort tasks in alphabetical or numerical order 1. , 2., 3. etc. has been resolved.

    Our tasks are still set to display in the order they were created/added to the system. At this time, I would highly recommend you post this request in our Ideas section!
