Instructions with screenshots. Not all of them have them. It is also fairly frustrating to search for an answer as often many responses appear and it is difficult to sift through them easily.
Knowledge Base all the way! They are very detailed, often step-by-step directions to assist with everything Cvent!
The knowledge based articles. I like they have call outs and walk you through step-by-step often with photos to guide along
