We are traveling from the US to Argentina and Brazil with our OnArrival equipment to print name badges for an event. Does anyone know if there is any paperwork or something we will have to do to ensure it gets through customs without an issue?

Hi Caton-

I would recommend that you call the airline that you will be travelling with and see if they can give you any insights of what would need to be done for customs. I did this for an event for South Korea previously. Biggest tip I can give you is that you will need to make sure that if you are claiming it going that you are claiming it when you return.

If you are shipping to your destination, if you are working with a hotel or a DMC, I would recommend that you talk with them to see what would be required to ensure adequate processing and delivery by your arrival.
