Yesterday I met with our OnArrival360 rep to get ready for an upcoming event and we were in discussion around some features that I thought might be nice. I was wondering if anyone else may find these features nice. If so, we can get enough interest to get a feature request pushed up the queue!
Just updating this. For some reason, 1 & 2 disappeared after publishing!
1. Ability to see travel information used in Cvent. Flights and hotels. This would help onsite with hotel confusion, answering attendee questions quickly. Troubleshooting ETC.
2. Ability to update custom contact questions directly in On-Arrival. The information is already syncing back and it would be very helpful to be able to update this information.
3. Ability to remote print directly from your cell phone signed into on arrival to an on arrival remote print queue (This might already be a thing?)
Those are my three main things I'd love to see. Any others that you might find interesting or helpful onsite?
