You are correct, at this point in time, we can only sync 1 of the custom parameters using the Marketo connector. That 1 will be whatever the first custom parameter added to the URL is.
We are adding support for our APIs to handle the multiple custom parameters, and once that support is added we will be able to add them to the Marketo and Eloqua connectors.

In the documentation https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/Syncing-UTM-Parameters-to-Marketo-Leads it shows that it can map the standard utm parameters but only one custom parameter. Is this correct?
Also, with that said, it does not look like we have the ability to select which of the custom parameters to map back, as the drop down only shows a generic "UTM custom" > and then we can only choose to map that (vs an explicit choice of which custom parameter ie utm_cta) back to marketo.
