Hi Carie,
Hope you are doing well!
Admins can certainly review the end-user's experience based on the changes they make at the backend.
When you login with your username in Cvent application, a default test profile gets created automatically, using which you can test various sections of the registration and your event. I have attached the screen shot for your reference.
To begin with, when you create an event and enable respective feature and design the website. You can then move to the 'Perform test' option at the home page of your event in the Cvent application i.e. Event home page > Actions > Perform test.
Once selected, the application presents you with couple of option asking you how and which sections (registration paths, weblinks etc.) you want to test.
NOTE: Ensure that the browser's pop-ups are enabled while performing test.
Additionally, the 'Perform Test' option is available till the event has not been launched. Also, using this feature, you can share the scenarios with other people (users) or then you can create a 'Test profile' for someone who is not a user but you would still like them to test.
Here, are few articles for your reference to give you more insight on this feature.

Subject: Viewing how changes impact end-user's experience
Greetings! Is there a way for the admins to see how the changes they make impacts the end-users' experience? More specifically, how the end-user would move through the registration process based on which options they choose? I'm sure we could create a test profile and work through each option, but is there a short cut that could enable admins to see each individual change from their view instead of having to move into the test profile?
Thank you for your time!
