  • 1.  Buttons in "Perform Test" not Working?

    Has anyone recently encountered issues with the "add recipient" or "add scenario" buttons when performing a test where you "send an email scenario to other people"?

    Hi Tiffany,

    I have not had an issue and have sent numerous tests today. Maybe try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser and try again?

    The button will just grey out and we cannot move any further.

    Any chance that you have pop-up blockers turned on that are preventing you from seeing pop-up screens needing additional information?
