Hi all - We have recently been having issues with the uploaded images not displaying correctly. For example: I can see all editorial images just fine, but when my boss views the site, some are either missing or they display after several minutes, or they will display and then disappear. Also, the images will show on a desktop and a phone correctly but will be missing when viewing on an iPad. This has happened on a previous website and is happening on two current sites. Again, the issues do not present themselves on my end.

Is there something wrong with how they are being uploaded? I can't imagine there is when all I do is upload the images and then select and place. I should note, I upload images directly into the website, versus the backend through the Admin section.

Or could this be an issue that only happens in Test Mode? This particular site is not live yet.

Or could this be a connection issue? Maybe a cache problem?

Hoping to get this resolved. Thank you!

    Hi Lindsey,

Do you happen to know what browser your boss is using? Using an outdated browser can slow down performance and cause some websites to behave incorrectly. Does Cvent work with my browser? I would recommend they review this article and ensure they are using the latest version of these supported browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. You can also recommend that they clear their cache and cookies as well How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
