    Hello,

    When an attendee has joined the hub for a webinar, what details can they see about the other attendees, and can you turn off that feature? Thanks!

    Dear Gordon,

    When an attendee joins the Attendee Hub for a webinar, what they can see about other attendees depends on the privacy and visibility settings configured in the event.

    By default, if the Attendee List feature is enabled:

    • Attendees can typically see names, company names, and sometimes titles of other attendees.

    • They may also be able to message or network with others depending on the networking settings.

    If you'd like to turn this off:

    You can disable the Attendee List entirely or adjust the visibility under:

    Attendee Hub > Website & App > Settings > Page Visibility

    From there, you can:

    • Turn off the attendee list

    • Or customize visibility (e.g., allow only confirmed attendees or restrict by registration type)
