Hi Marcus,
If you've removed the fees and pricing is still enabled, there are a few other things to check:
-
In Registration > Pricing, look for any active or $0 fees and delete or deactivate them.
-
Remove the Payment widget from the registration process, then publish the change.
-
Confirm there are no test registrations or completed registrations/orders with a fee attached.
Since this event was copied from a previous event, pricing may remain locked if the event has, or once had, real registrations, orders, or payments tied to pricing. If all of the above are clear and the setting is still greyed out, Cvent Support may need to review the event history.
Hope that this helps!
Julianna

Hi George,
I would make sure there are no fees set up under the Pricing section as that would be the reason why that area would be greyed out. You'd need to remove any fees first and then can turn off pricing.
Thank you!
