Access Portal is an intuitive, self-service event planning and management hub that lets you provide stakeholders with access to Cvent data and tools in one, easy-to-access place.


Access Portal is replacing Parked Report Groups and Legacy Portals for publishing and sharing reports.

Access Portal Premium is where you can now publish your organization's Meeting Request Forms and allow your requesters to see Meeting Request Form history, save Meeting Request Form drafts, and clone a previous request in the portal, replacing Request Websites.
