Jifflenow helps organizations get more out of every trade show they attend by properly scheduling, managing, and analyzing meetings.  

Jifflenow allows organizations to book meetings across various meeting types easily. The tool defines meeting approval processes, automates notifications, enables access to location management functionality, and includes native Salesforce integration.

What is Cvent | iCapture? 

iCapture helps organizations get more out of every trade show they attend with a consistent, customizable, and easy-to-use universal lead capture solution. 

With highly configurable functionality and robust CRM integrations, iCapture also streamlines post-event follow-up and enables sales and marketing professionals to easily capture, qualify, and convert their leads with greater speed.

What happened to Cvent’s Universal Appointments product? 

Cvent's Universal Appointments (UA) product is no longer being sold. Jifflenow is the go forward universal appointments solution.  


What happened to Cvent’s Universal 
LeadCapture product?
 

Cvent's Universal LeadCapture (ULC) product is no longer being sold. iCapture is the go forward universal lead capture solution.  

 
When are UA and ULC going to be sunset?  

We are currently planning to retire these products at the end of 2024.  


What happens to my UA or ULC data when they are retired?
 

Leads and reports from prior events will be available indefinitely after December 31 for active customers. Inactive customers will have up to 90 days to retrieve their data after the sunset date.
