Yes, and if the end user in question who needs access to this report is also an Account User in your Cvent instance and not part of the User Group that this event belongs to, you will need to grant them visibility to that event as well.

I saw your original post, and it sounds like you have done everything correct. If the report has been published to the portal and was also made visible to either all users or the user in question, I can't figure out what might be the issue. If both those things are indeed present, I would give a chat to support to see what might be up?

Hello!
I am new to Cvent and have a user whom I added to an Access Portal and report, but she is not able to access it when the email/link is sent to her. I've played around with everything I can think of - does anyone have any additional solutions or areas to check? Or a "pro tip" that might help me get my user access to the report she needs?
