Hi Jamie,
This can depend on the reporting template you built your report off of. Our Registrant Details report defaults to only those in the accepted status, so if you built your report off of that template, you would not see the cancelled or pending status. I recommend using the invitee details report and leveraging the invitee status field to filter for the desired statuses (pending, cancelled, accepted).
