  • 1.  Agenda page - multiple speakers on the same page rather than in a carousel.

Question on the Agenda. We have 3 speakers presenting on 1 session and as of now they are displayed in a carousel with only the first speaker being visible and the other 2 being hidden behind the chevron. Does anybody know how to design the Agenda so that all 3 display at once, even on 2 separate lines? Thanks!

    Hi Morgan,

Do you have your default view set to list or tile? Mine defaults to two speakers on the list view unless the side menu with filters is expanded. I don't think I've seen it with more than 2 speakers; their titles and orgs are usually too long. Curious if anyone else has been able to force it to multiple lines.

    Hello Kim and Morgan,

    Hope all is well!

This is the intended behavior. In the standard Agenda layout, a maximum of 2 speakers are displayed at once. If the website is configured to use Full Width under Theme → Dimensions, the layout can display up to 3 speakers simultaneously or more depending on the screen size. Additional speakers are placed behind the chevron/carousel navigation.

If you would like to display more speakers without requiring users to click the chevron, this would require a custom implementation using a Code Widget or custom CSS. For reference, we've achieved this on an internal event by applying custom styling to the Agenda speaker display, allowing multiple speakers to be shown at once. If you'd like to explore this approach, we can provide guidance on the custom code/CSS options available which may come with an additional cost.

Let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
