  • 1.  Agenda Widget - Showing all Panelists of the session.

    Posted 01-23-2025 03:08

Does anyone know how I can get the Agenda Widget to show all the Speakers of the Session without having to click on the next > arrow?

Right now I'm manually creating my agenda, which doesn't have pop-up or takes info from the system.

It can be disrespectful in my cultural setting if some speakers are on the next page.

    Hi Dennis,

With the current agenda widget, there is not a way to make it show all of the speakers without having to click on the next > arrow to view more. I would recommend submitting this as a product idea within Participate > Product Ideas.

How was this acheived for example?  (This is a site a client has sent me to replicate, as we are running into the same problem) https://www.latitudemedia.com/events/transition-ai-2026/#agenda

    Hello Emma,

Thank you for sharing the link. It appears that the example you provided was created outside of Cvent and is a custom-built design. Within
Cvent Event, there are a few approaches you can try that may help achieve a similar result.

If you typically have around 3–4 speakers per session, you can navigate to Theme > Dimensions and enable the "Fit content to full width" option. This may improve the layout, though it may not remain consistent across all devices-larger screens can accommodate more speakers, while mobile views may appear more condensed.

Another option is to use a code widget or build a custom widget. If you have an in-house designer or developer, they can leverage these tools to replicate a similar design through custom coding. Alternatively, custom widgets allow you to build reusable components tailored to your needs. If you prefer, Cvent can also assist with this type of custom development, though it may involve additional costs.

You can refer to the following resources for more details:

Here's a test link from one of my events showcasing a custom agenda we built:

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like further guidance.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
