We did an app for the same client and same event last year. I'm trying to create the app for this years event, but it automatically has it set up and pulled information from last years event. How do I get it not to do this so I can start "fresh" with the new app and so it will pull the correct colors, info, etc. from this years website?

Did you copy the event from the year before? If so, it copys the app as well. So, there isn't a way without reaching out to your Cvent team to "reset" the app that I'm aware of. It won't automatically pull from your registration site colors, you'll need to manually do that in the attendee hub settings.
