    With registration status visible in Speaker Resource Center, does this mean that the two products can now communicate, and Speakers can automatically have their sessions appear in their event schedule in Attendee Hub?

    • The work we are doing for registration status visibility is an important foundation for additional Speaker Management workflow improvements. We are looking at what we want to do next -- automatically adding speaking assignments to the Speaker's event schedule is one for sure. We also want to look at the workflow for giving speakers access to Attendee Hub and make that more efficient as well. We are excited about the opportunities this will open up for us.

    Is the magic link for OnArrival available for the free version or just if you pay for enhanced functionality?

    Would you recommend using Audience Segments vs Registration Types? And, how does this factor with association CRM and other integrations?

    • You'd want to use both for different purposes. Registration Types determine what people will pay to attend the event, pay for the session, etc. Attendee Segments are designed to control the visibility of items and tailor content to unique audiences. Both Registration Types and Audience Segment information should be available to pull via API's.

    The event theme changes are huge. I'm about to build my 2026 events....when will that feature be available?

    • We are targeting an initial release of this later this year. We may also be running beta programs, so definitely keep an eye on product news, and we will be providing regular updates. Follow this roadmap item HERE.

    For the Attendee Hub Navigation Bar customization - will I be able to add a custom menu page that has audience segment visibility restrictions? So if certain attendees are not able to see the custom page, it would not appear on the bottom navigation.

    • Yes, The navigation bar is dynamically generated based on the current user's permissions and segment membership, ensuring that restricted pages do not appear for ineligible attendees.

    Can you elaborate a bit on the continuing education credit add-on or enhancement?

    • When you set up a rule for assigning credits based on the attendance type, whether it's in person, virtual, or on-demand, you can also set rules about whether credit will be given based on duration and the type of attendance that's there. So it allows more granular control over who can actually receive credit for their attendance.

    Where will the session takeaways show up? Is it in the session screen in Attendee Hub, and can you control when those appear, or are they always visible?

    • Session Takeaways will appear in the Session Details page currently. However, this may evolve or change as development continues for the release.

    • Both of these features are currently in Design, so an exact release date is not yet available. As release dates become available, the Product News page will be added and updated.     How will contact exchange affect lead capture services?

    • Contact Exchange is designed to help foster attendee-to-attendee networking, whereas LeadCapture is designed for booth staff to capture additional insights, qualifications, and notes related to the lead scanned. Lead Capture will also continue to allow Exhibitors to have real-time access to leads and generate lead reports for their organization as a whole.

    For the custom sections of registration sites. Will the new sections we're able to customize and save be available only for Website Pages, and Header and Footers as the pre-built sections are, or throughout the whole reg site?

    What AI capabilities does Attendee Hub have? Can AI tools like CoPilot or ChatGPT be integrated with Attendee Hub? E.g. AI-enhanced connections tool that makes recommendations of who to meet with at the event.

    • Attendee Hub currently has a number of AI-powered capabilities built in, powered by CventIQ, like Attendee Recommendations, Session Recommendations, and AI Daily Summaries. We also have quite a few CventIQ roadmap items planned for Attendee Hub, such as an Attendee Assistant that can guide attendees through the event experience and provide recommendations on agenda items, exhibitors to meet, and other attendees to connect with.     • We are looking to add a lot of pricing-related items to Audience Segments, so I don't see why we could not look at this as well.

    Will Exhibitor/Booth Management soon include the ability for exhibitors to pay for booth purchases in CVENT?

    • We are in the research stage on this. It is a solution that we are looking into for future roadmap plans.

    Essentials - does it look like adding a payment option is in the near future? And adding at least a 2nd reg type?

    • We are not currently planning to add either of these capabilities at this time. We have our registration tool, which provides both of these options, and we're continuing to work on ways to make the entire application much easier and more streamlined to utilize so it's more effective.

    Can we set it so the activity feed isn't available unless they create an account?

    • Attendees will be required to log in to the event in order to post to the Activity Feed, and planners will have the ability to change the time settings in the feature settings page. Currently, we are planning to start displaying the activity feed feature on the Attendee Hub launch by default.

    Are you able to briefly explain the difference between the registration path and the audience segments?

    • Registration Paths are best used when you need a wildly different experience for different groups of people. They are powerful but they are also a lot more work for you. Audience Segments allow you to differ individual bits of content and create those unique experiences without the pain of having to fill out multiple paths.

    Do you need to have lead retrieval active/in use for your event in order for Exhibitors Met capabilities to work?

    • Great question! Exhibitors Met will not require LeadCapture in order to work, but it will provide additional insights if you are also using LeadCapture. Exhibitors Met will look at:
      1. Attending a confirmed appointment with at least one exhibitor booth staff member.
      2. Being scanned via LeadCapture by an exhibitor booth staff member.
      3. Submitting an Inbound Lead via the "Contact Us" form in Attendee Hub.

    Is Exchange an added product or part of the standard Cvent suite of tools?

    • There are multiple answers here, depending on the Exchange product. For the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN), yes, that is free for you to use. That is also true for Event Diagramming, as there are basic tiers that are free/available for you to use. Passkey is not automatically included in your Cvent solution, but we do have the ability to find hotels that have a Passkey license for you to use on our network. For any of these solutions, we do recommend that you reach out to your account manager to see what you already have access to and what you might be interested in, and how we can help get you connected.

    Do Audience segments change anything in registration? Or is it only meant for content via the Attendee Hub/Website?

    • They can be used to determine what Sessions attendees have available to them. They can also be used to make registration questions, contact fields, custom fields, and text widgets available to view.

    Can AI features be used in languages other than English?

    • It is going to depend on which AI feature we are rolling out. Generally, we are going to support English, and typically base language of events. Multi-language for AI features is probably something a little further down the road. We are going to work on getting things out there with base and English, and we will continue to enhance from there as we continue to build out more of our AI infrastructure.

    For webinars - is it on the roadmap to have a roundtable type available (where everyone is on screen and speaking) rather than just the one-to-many style? More like Zoom but with studio features :)

    • We do offer a collaborative style presentation type that is available for Cvent Webinar. It does provide more of that Zoom-like experience where you can have multiple people in the room or on the screen at one time. You can do a round-table or panel presentation. It does not have those studio features that you did ask for, but we are continuing to evaluate ways to perhaps bring that type of interactivity into that aspect of the presentation. This is not on the radar for 2025, but is in consideration for 2026. Look forward to additional updates as we get further along in our planning processes.

    We use the website designer, speaker widget. I've never been able to successfully configure this so a speaker's session appears in their profile. Is that a configuration I am missing or will this functionality ever be on the roadmap?

    • This is feedback that we have heard about the speaker widget and it is something we are looking at. We are aware of this use case and we are looking into supporting.
