    Hello, we would like to create and publish an attendee list for a specific session linked to our main event however I am unable to find how to display only those who have registered for that session. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi Stephanie,

    You can generate an attendee list for a specific session by navigating to Attendees List in the left-side menu. Under Agenda Items, select the sessions of your interest and click Run to generate the report. Once the list is displayed, you can export the report for further use.

    HI Amarnath, thanks for the reply. Apologies my query wasn't as clear as it should have been! To be more specific, we would like to use the Attendee list widget and publish it as a page accessible through the registration website however we would like for only the registrants for a specific session to be visible on this list/page. 
    I followed the directions to add in the widget and adding the opt-in widget to registration, however I am unable to find how to set the list to filter and show only those registered for one specific session rather than all registrants included in the event. Is this possible?

    Hope you are well!

    As per the current functionality, the option to filter or display the attendees in the attendee widget for one specific session is not available. 

    I understand your perspective and apologize for any inconvenience. But, it sounds like a great feedback. I suggest you to post this as an Idea/feedback for our product team by going to Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas. 
     
    We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also help our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.
