  • 1.  Attendee Registration Stored Information

    Hello,

    I am brand new to CVENT and am learning on the fly.  This may sound like a stupid question but just trying to learn and understand the program. Appreciate any info you can provide.

    My question is once an attendee registers for an event, via the website, where is all that info stored, how is it accessed and can it be exported to other programs (i.e.. excel, etc.)?

    Hi Steve, I too am a new user. If you look under the event and then under attendees > attendee list you can see who is registered. You can also go to reports and download several different types of attendee reports that capture information. If you don't see the field you want you can hover over Data and add the fields. Hope this helps.
