Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to run an attendee report across all archived events in my platform? I am needing to locate if one attendee has ever attended an event.

If they are a contact in your database, you can go to their contact profile and run an Activity Report. This will show all events they've been invited to and their invite status. Otherwise, yes, you could run a cross event report and filter by their email address or name.

Reporting attendee data can get tricky when there are multiple fields, filters, and different teams needing different views of the same event information. Having flexible reports makes it easier to avoid manual work when managing larger events. We've seen similar reporting needs while working with payroll software in Pakistan through Vertex-HCM, where accurate data handling is important. How are others organizing custom attendee reports for different teams?
