The instructions say I can add an attendee to up to 20 segments.  When I try to add one to a second segment, the name is greyed out and I cannot select them for the second segment.  Any idea why?

Hi Helen,

The "assign to segment" button will be greyed out until you check off the checkbox next to the attendee's name and then the assign to segment button will turn blue and you will be able to add them successfully.
