    Hi, our clients are receiving automated regret emails shortly after receiving invitations. Does anyone have this issue?

    Do you use the decline (No RSVP) button in invitation emails? How did you resolve it?

    Hi Bola,

    If the RSVP No data tag is present in the invitation email, and an invitee clicks that data tag, it will mark them as declined and automatically send the regret email as long as that email is active.
