No, if you disable that setting for the registration path, then no one would be able to manually enter in discount codes.

Hi Brooke,
If the "allow registrants to use discount codes" setting is toggled on within the registration path settings, then the discount code(s) that are automatically applied will display. However, if you toggle off that "allow registrants to use discount codes" setting within the registration path, then the discount codes will not display but the discounts will still auto apply.
